HOW DOES ONE STOP CRIMINAL CYBERSTALKERS FROM PUTTING YOUR LIFE IN JEOPARDY?
GOOGLE REFUSES TO REMOVE BLOGS WHICH ARE NOT ONLY LIES, BUT FELONIES!
MATT BERDYCK or KANE (many fake identities) has put an ad in Craigslist asking for all personal information about me and my work. He has libeled me constantly since May, 2013, deliberately tagging me on LinkedIn as his newest victim: bullying, stalking, and threatening my reputation and life's work with Domestic Violence and Homelessness Issues. He maliciously destroyed my 23-year NonProfit organization by accusing me of stealing the identity of someone else's nonprofit org and soliciting money for myself as a fraud. Defamation of character happens to be a felony which leads to fines and incarceration.
If you ignore a cyberbully/stalker, does he go away? NO. If you respond to his vulgar names for you and the lies he spreads, does he go way? NO. So, what is the answer to being stalked relentlessly by a self-described mentally ill, nationally-known liar with a criminal past who is allowed to spread libel on the internet and ads in Craigslist?
I now have to listen to nasty telephone calls, emails, and letters. Some have told lies on Craigslist and the web about knowing me. They don't! Matt is guilty of the worst kind of abuse against women. And we "take it." Why? There is no way to halt them when Google and Facebook encourage such an outrage.
Matt has found a Glendale, CA law firm which will file charges against ME for stalking HIM. If this becomes a court trial, all of Matt's blogs (screen-capped) will appear for a judge to read. There is no doubt about who the stalker is, but why would a law firm want such a client? This promises to be a continuing saga of just one victim of Matthew Berdyck Kane/Matt Jones/Matt Smith/Matt Alan Kane/Sparky Johnson/Jim Bob/ woodenwonder/sofakinghigh/I am Sofa King High Now Bro, and many fake accounts on Google and Facebook. He is permabanned fron Reddit, LinkedIn discussions, and occasionally FB, but he makes up more aliases and re-joins until another victim reports him. He has so many fake IDs on Google they don't bother to ban him.
Watch for ads about you if you happen to get in his way. He has physical violence in his past court records, so it would be nothing new if he arrived at your house to harm you....
That is why it is important to not just make rules but to also enforce them because of things like this.

Think about it. Look @ where the person has been banned from as well as everything else. Wouldn't that @ least be something worth LOOKING AT & taking seriously? These are actual people's lives. Would you be OK about it if it was someone that you knew who he was doing this to?
I have found Google and Facebook to favor those who bring in money: predators who attract customers. The founders don't care anymore; they have made their fortunes and are playing with other projects.
ReplyDeleteThis kind of "trick" is rather common among those who create what seems to be an advance in technology and social contacting, but in fact is so dangerous that when people commit suicide, it has to be from a previous mental illness and never a result of one's life being ruined by criminals. I paid no attention to these social media sites until I was asked to join by those who know expertise in particular subjects is necessary. I'm so sorry I joined now. These sites are fine for people who want to share their love of flowers or chat with locals about their favorite pizza joints, but not for anything of substance which affects lives.
How can the typical person without extra money supposed to take these predators to court? Hire a lawyer? Only rich people can afford to pay them by the hour for dubious telephone calls and all of the other expenses, as in using a copy machine. I attended law school and changed my mind when I saw the tactics used in actuality. Law books and the ABA do not follow the ethics which are outlined for professionals. Too many victims can testify to the lack of ethics in courts.
My experience is not unusual; in fact, it is increasing as criminals figure out how to circumnavigate the rules of the game. That's what it is, a game. And if you don't think like a criminal, you lose. Matt has called me every vulgar name possible, and no moderator even listens to complaints. The pages to report abuses don't work. "Your submission failed. Try again later."
Now my options are to appear on TV, write newspaper articles, and tell who the criminals' lawyers are. Maybe more exposure of the real criminals, the founders who don't care about their projects anymore, is necessary. That's my mission now: exposure of the real criminals: those who found and then abandon responsibility. Accountability seems to have died just as the do-do bird did.
I am already half-way through a new book about adult bullies and stalkers, and I'll name names. If the predators want to sue me, then let them prove I'm lying. I don't care anymore, for I can just accept the TV hosts' invitations (which I've been avoiding).
Matt Berdyck Kane has a "best friend" who is the lawyer who sent victims a Cease&Desist Order warning us not to "bully/stalk/threaten Matt." She then dropped Matt, but she hasn't advised him to stop stalking victims! She actually has provoked him, by not advising him, to create even more lies, vulgar wording, and threats to my life (and hear that from other victims as well). I believe that it was and is her duty as his legal advisor to tell him to stop threatening people, especially on FB and Google.

If that firm wishes to align themselves with Matt, the longtime serial stalker who has a criminal record for abusing women in person after the threats, then should the community of lawyers and societies in Glendale and surrounding areas know about their "favorite" type of client? Does the ABA know about their alliance with Matt The Stalker who is very capable of harming women?
Somewhere in time there has to be accountability for a law firm's lack of responsibility. I have sent too many of his libelous blogs against me to them, never receive a response, but a day or so later, Matt adds more ugly, lying blogs about me --AND WARNS ME TO NEVER CONTACT HIS LAWYERS AGAIN! So, his "best friends" are forwarding my emails to Matt. Would you want them to represent you? Of course, if you are a vulgar, lying stalker who moves on to physical injury, this would be a good firm to hire to represent you.
I think it's very clear now, to anyone who reads this that has half a brain, that this woman is a psychopath. Blue Bunny Ice Cream said she harassed them for months after she was so stupid "that she couldn't open an ice cream container without breaking it" and then even tried to lie and say she was injured. They asked for doctors records, which she failed to provide, and then she started threatening them and posting blogs about them, just like me. They said she seems to be mentally ill and that she was unable to prove to them that she was really Marjorie Bard, too. What a fucking psycho.

DeleteThe Wells/Blue Bunny co. does not ever pay for injuries caused by them. It has been established that their insurance co., Sedgwick cms, does not pay for injuries for their clients' injuries, and I'm not alone in finding them lacking in accountability for any harm or deaths.
Further, you DID NOT CONTACT THEM FOR THEY DON'T ANSWER QUESTIONS FROM REPORTERS OR LAWYERS, so why would they talk to YOU, a NOBODY? You just keep telling lies and currently, you have quite a list of victims of your lying comments.

No one begins to stalk YOU; YOU begin to bully and stalk others. And currently, you have upgraded your status as bully/stalker to felon. You will be arrested for current comments about someone else, and then you will disappear from society. I won't be the one taking you to court, for someone else has an even more felonious charge against you. Maybe you can get a lighter sentence for being mentally ill, but jail time is unavoidable.
The email you sent me and are reporting that I am being monitored by the DOD, NSA, and CSA is false! My local email server laughed when I asked about what you have printed on the web. He said I was being "pranked," It isn't "pranking," but just your usual civil and criminal attempt to make me look bad. I also called the NSA, DOD, and CIA today, and while I had to wait for long periods, I did get through to the proper people to ask about your lies that I am being monitored/tracked. They now have your name on their lists as someone who is complicating their serious work. They assured me I am not a "domestic terrorist" as you have lied about on the web, and one very nice woman in charge of a section assured me that your name will be watched for any other complaints. You ALREADY have an FBI file! So, keep on lying and every victim should be reporting your ridiculous but harmful lies to the FBI. You're in deep trouble, little Matty, and I'm very happy about that! Your life is about to come tumbling down from that "high" you have and will be found being bullied in a prison yard.
I come back to to read this stuff when I am depressed. This woman so completely insane that it makes me laugh, and feel better. Then, it's even more amusing when idiots come here and believe this fuck tard.

(I'd love to see you try to cut through that plastic band with a serrated saw, since that is what it takes to cut it -- a factory fault which left pieces in the ice cream.)

Second, if I didn't send a bill to their insurance company, why did they send me a check for the amount of the bill? How much will you pay me to see that dental bill and proof of the check? Maybe other victims would like to have you prove your lies about them. What a wonderful YouTube: a line-up of your many victims in a courtroom and the jury hears each lie and then you have to admit you committed libel. I'll even hold my now too-heavy professional videocam and film it myself. I think it will go viral, more than your YouTubes were ever seen.
You insist my documentaries are non-existent since they aren't listed on IMBd. (I never had to sell mine, as you need to brag about doing, so mine are not listed.) Shall I get some out of the UCLA Archives and you pay me for every one I produce? You scorn my books as "drivel." Let's see your published books and doctoral dissertation and we'll compare "drivel." The best author gets paid, OK?
And how about your insistence that someone is impersonating a dead woman who writes my books -- or it is Peter John Ross who is really me? Let's put a price tag on your lies, and I'll bet you don't try those tactics on anyone again. All you care about is meeting famous people and making money from your "nationally-known" films. For what? Responding to your libel? Further, you have already spread all of my personal information all over the web. Do buy some Blue Bunny ice cream and hope you don't choke on jagged plastic pieces. If you do, don't bother to complain to their insurance company -- which doesn't ever reply or care if you die. They are known for not paying off any claims -- especially if demanded by a young female lawyer in Glendale, CA, who has given you permission to libel and stalk innocent people.

ReplyDeleteHe has committed many cybercrimes spanning the last decade which include: stalking, harassment, extortion, criminal intimidation, false copyright complaints, death threats, threats of violence, threats to commit acts of terrorism, and has even referred to himself as a "potential mass shooter" who may "snap". There have been hundreds and hundreds of documented victims of Matthew's cyberstalking and harassment dating back to 2012. Because Matthew is a homeless drifter, it is nearly impossible for law enforcement to track him down and hold him accountable for his crimes.
If you encounter Matthew Berdyck DO NOT ENGAGE HIM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. He is an extremely dangerous mentally ill Internet predator that will stop at nothing to inflict as much pain and suffering to your real-world life as possible.
