MATT BERDYCK or KANE (many fake identities) has put an ad in Craigslist asking for all personal information about me and my work. He has libeled me constantly since May, 2013, deliberately tagging me on LinkedIn as his newest victim: bullying, stalking, and threatening my reputation and life's work with Domestic Violence and Homelessness Issues. He maliciously destroyed my 23-year NonProfit organization by accusing me of stealing the identity of someone else's nonprofit org and soliciting money for myself as a fraud. Defamation of character happens to be a felony which leads to fines and incarceration.
If you ignore a cyberbully/stalker, does he go away? NO. If you respond to his vulgar names for you and the lies he spreads, does he go way? NO. So, what is the answer to being stalked relentlessly by a self-described mentally ill, nationally-known liar with a criminal past who is allowed to spread libel on the internet and ads in Craigslist?
I now have to listen to nasty telephone calls, emails, and letters. Some have told lies on Craigslist and the web about knowing me. They don't! Matt is guilty of the worst kind of abuse against women. And we "take it." Why? There is no way to halt them when Google and Facebook encourage such an outrage.
Matt has found a Glendale, CA law firm which will file charges against ME for stalking HIM. If this becomes a court trial, all of Matt's blogs (screen-capped) will appear for a judge to read. There is no doubt about who the stalker is, but why would a law firm want such a client? This promises to be a continuing saga of just one victim of Matthew Berdyck Kane/Matt Jones/Matt Smith/Matt Alan Kane/Sparky Johnson/Jim Bob/ woodenwonder/sofakinghigh/I am Sofa King High Now Bro, and many fake accounts on Google and Facebook. He is permabanned fron Reddit, LinkedIn discussions, and occasionally FB, but he makes up more aliases and re-joins until another victim reports him. He has so many fake IDs on Google they don't bother to ban him.
Watch for ads about you if you happen to get in his way. He has physical violence in his past court records, so it would be nothing new if he arrived at your house to harm you....
